- Use compresses based on garlic infusion. It is mixed with lemon juice. Soak a cotton towel in this mixture and apply for twenty minutes on a sore spot.
Prevention
The best way to prevent back pain is a variety of physical exercises. It is also necessary to monitor the correct posture while walking and sitting. Weight lifting is contraindicated not only for women, but also for men.
